Item oredered 6/24/08. Charged to my account 6/30/08.

Has not been received. I get a different estimated delivery date every time I call customer service. I have called them 4 times since the item was ordered. Supposedly shipped 7/3/08.

Supposedly mailed USPS but they will not devulge what mailing status they use. Completely frustrating, unprofessional and unreliable. If you have charged an order call your bank and tell them you have not received the item and ask your bank for a provisional credit.

This will cause a charge-back to the company and that usually brings results.

Monetary Loss: $21.
