My order dated 4/5/08 has not arrived as of 5/27/08. Three phone calls resulted in two hang ups by their custom reps. On the third call the customer rep stated my item was on backorder. However, upon checking their website tracking orders it stated that the order was shipped 4/10/08.

An order confirmation printout states that my credit card would not be charged until after the item was shipped. My credit card was billed 4/8/08, two days prior to the theoretical ship date.

Looks like a scam to me. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck . . . etc.

was ut binoculars? I ordered in may BINOCULAR w/SPY SCOPE it is July! Still nothing. according to them it was sent 6?20/08. I have been hung up on soon as I mention they have yet to send my item, and that I am upset and want my money back.. SCAM!!! jUST Wondering if any of you had a possitive result. I guess I will have notify bank, and a lawyer.
